On National HIV Testing Day, June 27, and we chatted with KCCI about the importance of getting tested, and Tommie Clark even got tested on air to show everyone in Central Iowa how easy it is to get tested.

During the day we set up our Mobile Health Unit in the parking lot at 1200 University Ave. Des Moines, IA 50314, and conducted free and confidential HIV/STI tests as well as educating our neighborhood about how easy it is to get tested.

Throughout the day we did 46 HIV rapid tests in the mobile health unit!
